Your Core Mission:
Close High-Value Deals (Responsibilities) Master the
Full Sales Cycle & Close:
Drive the entire sales process from strategic prospecting and initial engagement through to expert negotiation and closing six-figure-plus deals within the competitive Medical Aesthetic industry. You are expected to close .
Crush Sales Quotas:
Develop, implement, and execute aggressive sales plans to consistently shatter ambitious targets for PLEXR Plus and our diverse brand portfolio. Command the
Room:
Deliver compelling, high-impact presentations and product demonstrations of our cutting-edge technologies to key decision-makers (physicians, practice owners, C-suite executives).
Strategic Pipeline Dominance:
Identify, relentlessly pursue, and secure business from high-value target accounts, converting qualified leads into profitable, long-term partnerships.
Expert Negotiation & Deal Structuring:
Leverage superior negotiation tactics to overcome objections, structure winning deals, and secure commitment efficiently.
Precision CRM Management:
Maintain meticulous records of all sales activities, pipeline progression, and client interactions within our CRM system to maximize closing opportunities. Be the

Who We Need:
A Proven Sales Closer (Requirements)
Verifiable Track Record of Closing:
Minimum 2+ years of distinguished success in a direct, high-stakes sales role, consistently ranking as a top performer and exceeding targets in aesthetic medicine, high-end cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, or medical device sales. Proof of closing significant deals is mandatory. Innate "Closer"
Instinct:
A natural and relentless drive to win. You don't just generate leads; you close them.
World-Class Communication & Persuasion:
Exceptional ability to articulate complex value propositions, influence executive-level decisions, and masterfully negotiate and close challenging deals.
Rapid Product & Industry Mastery:
A background in science, biology, or medical-related fields is a strong asset. Demonstrable ability to quickly become a trusted expert on sophisticated medical technologies.
Unwavering Drive & Resilience:
Intrinsically motivated by ambitious targets and financial rewards, with the fortitude to navigate complex sales cycles and consistently deliver results.
Elite Organizational & Pipeline Management Skills:

CRM Power User:

Educational Background:
