Job Description

Commission Based Position- Generous compensation structure This part-time, in-person Membership Sales role is ideal for someone motivated by performance and excited by the opportunity to earn strong commission-based income. Focused on converting sessions and guest visits into memberships, this position rewards initiative, relationship-building, and results, offering greater earning potential than a traditional hourly role for the right person. We are seeking someone with experience in face-to-face and business-to-business sales who is autonomous, proactive, personable, confident, and articulate, with a genuine passion for health and wellness and the ability to generate leads, build relationships, and turn interest into long-term member commitments.
