We are hiring a Founding Sales Representative to help grow an emerging food brand with genuinely differentiated products in the healthy snack space. This is a role for someone who wants more than just a job. It is for someone who wants to help build momentum, win meaningful accounts, and play a visible role in scaling a brand with real whitespace in the market. This is not a passive account maintenance role. We want a seller who knows how to open doors, create demand, build relationships, and drive revenue. Why this role is exciting Sell products that feel truly new in a crowded CPG landscape Help shape growth at an early stage, where your work will be seen and felt Build relationships across grocery, natural, specialty, and strategic accounts Join a brand with strong consumer appeal in better-for-you snacking and breakfast Have real ownership, real responsibility, and real upside What you'll do Prospect, pitch, and win new retail and strategic accounts Build a strong sales pipeline and move opportunities from first contact to close Conduct buyer outreach, presentations, meetings, tastings, and follow-up Grow existing accounts through strong relationship management and sales execution Identify high-potential opportunities across grocery, natural, specialty, and other relevant channels Represent the brand with professionalism, urgency, and strong commercial instincts Work closely with leadership to share field insights, customer feedback, and growth opportunities Track outreach, pipeline activity, and account progress in CRM Help create sales momentum and expand the brand's footprint in the market Who you are You have 1+ years of CPG sales experience You know how to sell into retail and build buyer relationships You are proactive, persuasive, organized, and follow through You are commercially sharp and know how to sell value, not just features You are energized by building, not just maintaining You are comfortable in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment You take ownership and do not need constant direction You want a role where your contribution matters You'll be a strong fit if you Love winning new business Have the confidence to reach out, follow up, and ask for the close Want to be part of a growing brand rather than one small cog in a huge company Are excited by healthy food, innovation, and consumer products that stand out Thrive when there is room to make an impact Requirements Minimum 1 years of CPG sales experience required Strong communication, relationship-building, and sales execution skills CRM proficiency and disciplined follow-up habits
