A Better Opportunity for Surgical Sales. We're hiring experienced professionals with existing OB-GYN surgeon relationships to introduce an innovative surgical biologic that helps address one of the biggest challenges in pelvic surgery—post-operative adhesions. Average active surgeon account generates approximately $7,500/month in commissions. Top performers earn $250,000

  • Who We're Looking For The ideal candidate already has OB-GYN surgeons in their phone who will take their call.
This is not an entry-level sales position. We're seeking professionals with established relationships in the OB-GYN community—relationships strong enough to open doors immediately. If you're starting from zero physician relationships, this probably isn't the right opportunity.
Ideal backgrounds include:
Surgical Sales Representative Medical Device Sales Representative Surgical Biologics Clinical Specialist Surgical Technologist Operating Room Sales Other OR-based healthcare professionals with strong OB-GYN relationships Current OR credentials are preferred but not required if they can be obtained.
  • The Opportunity You'll introduce an advanced surgical biologic graft designed to help reduce post-operative adhesions following many OB-GYN procedures.
The product is easy for surgeons to learn, integrates naturally into existing surgical workflows, and requires minimal training. Most physicians can confidently begin using the product after a brief introduction. Representatives attend the physician's first case to provide product support and ensure a successful implementation. Once adopted, the product typically requires very little ongoing case coverage, allowing you to focus on expanding your territory and growing recurring commission income.

  • Responsibilities Introduce our surgical biologic products to OB-GYN surgeons Leverage existing physician relationships to establish new accounts Prospect and develop new surgeon relationships throughout your territory Coordinate hospital product approvals and physician onboarding Attend physicians' first surgical cases to provide product support Build long-term relationships with surgeons and operating room staff Grow and manage your own recurring commission business•Compensation 1099 Independent Contractor 100% commission-based compensation No income cap Full-time or part-time opportunity Flexible schedule Exclusive territory opportunities available Average active surgeon account generates approximately $7,500/month in commissions.
Representatives who successfully develop multiple active surgeon accounts have the potential to build annual commission income of $250,000 to $1,000,000+ . You are NOT required to be in the OR for each case, allowing you to manage a high volume of surgeon accounts (and high income with flexible schedule).
