Job Description

Our client is a national provider of home infusion and specialty pharmacy services focused on delivering complex therapies in patients' homes and alternative care settings. The company specializes in treatments such as immunoglobulin (IVIG), anti-infectives, parenteral nutrition, and other chronic infusion therapies. The company emphasizes clinical excellence, patient-centered care, and coordinated support between pharmacists, nurses, and physicians to improve outcomes outside of traditional hospital settings.
Salary:
Base salary of $90,000 - $120,000 annually (negotiable based on experience) plus uncapped commission
Job Summary:
The Infusion Territory Sales Representative is responsible for driving Chronic and IVIG patient referrals within a defined territory. This role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with physicians, clinics, and payors while collaborating closely with internal pharmacy, intake, nursing, and operations teams to ensure seamless patient care and service delivery. The position is accountable for achieving revenue and profit goals, expanding market share, and supporting overall sales and marketing initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and manage relationships with key referral sources, including physicians, clinics, and payors, to generate Chronic and IVIG referrals Partner with pharmacy, intake, nursing, and operations teams to ensure smooth patient onboarding and service execution Meet or exceed net revenue and EBITDA targets by expanding territory performance and securing new business Conduct sales presentations, in-services, and training sessions to support business development efforts Analyze territory performance and execute strategic growth plans aligned with company objectives Resolve customer service issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels among referral sources Support managed care initiatives and assist with reimbursement and pricing coordination Maintain accurate documentation, including call reports, expense reports, and CRM-style tracking Stay current on disease states, therapies, and reimbursement policies relevant to infusion services Assist in training and continuous improvement initiatives within the sales and service teams
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree is preferred in business, healthcare, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 2+ years of experience in infusion services or related healthcare business development preferred Proven experience in sales, business development, and customer relationship management Knowledge of reimbursement processes and managed care preferred Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint) Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills Strong communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a territory-based role
