Commission Only Opportunity Overview We are seeking motivated, coachable individuals interested in building a career in medical device sales within the medical aesthetics industry. This opportunity is designed for someone who is willing to develop relationships, prospect consistently, and learn the fundamentals of selling into aesthetic medical practices including plastic surgeons, dermatologists, and medical spas. You will receive direct mentorship from a medical aesthetics sales professional with 20+ years of experience building territories, launching products, and working with aesthetic practices. Previous medical experience is not required. The most important qualities are persistence, professionalism, coachability, and the ability to create new opportunities. Responsibilities Prospect and develop relationships with aesthetic medical practices. Generate new business opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, and relationship development. Schedule conversations and product discussions with qualified practices. Learn and execute a proven sales process. Build and manage your own territory. Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective customers. Represent medical device products professionally and ethically. Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who: Is self-motivated and comfortable working independently. Is willing to consistently prospect and create new conversations. Is coachable and open to feedback. Has strong communication skills. Wants to build a long-term career in sales. Sales experience is preferred but not required. Backgrounds in healthcare, aesthetics, B2B sales, recruiting, hospitality, athletics, or other performance-based environments are welcome. What You'll Receive Direct mentorship from an experienced medical aesthetics sales professional. Guidance on how to effectively navigate medical practices and communicate with providers. Sales process training and ongoing coaching. Flexible schedule as an independent contractor. Opportunity to gain real-world medical device sales experience. Compensation This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity with commission-based compensation. Earnings are based on performance and results.
