This role is ideal for Registered Dental Hygienists (RDHs), dental professionals, clinical educators, or experienced dental sales representatives who are passionate about clinician wellness, ergonomics, education, and relationship-based sales. The Clinical Territory Advisor will promote and support Univet's premium loupe and illumination solutions while building strong relationships with dentists, hygienists, specialists, DSOs, universities, and dental organizations. This is a flexible 1099 independent contractor opportunity with uncapped commission potential. Key Responsibilities The Clinical Territory Advisor will: Build and maintain relationships with dental professionals, universities, DSOs, and healthcare organizations Promote Univet loupe and lighting solutions through educational and consultative selling Conduct in-office demonstrations, fittings, and product consultations Attend dental meetings, CE events, study clubs, and trade shows Generate new business opportunities and maintain customer relationships Support customers with basic troubleshooting, adjustments, and product education Maintain accurate customer notes and sales activities within the company CRM system Represent the Univet brand professionally and ethically at all times Collaborate with internal teams to support customer satisfaction and territory growth Products Represented Galilean Loupes Prismatic Loupes Ergo Style Loupes LED Light Portfolio Digital Camera Systems QualificationsPreferred Qualifications Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) Dental clinical experience Dental sales experience Existing relationships within the dental community Experience presenting or educating clinicians Comfortable speaking in professional environments Ideal Candidate Traits Self-motivated and entrepreneurial Strong interpersonal and communication skills Organized and dependable Relationship-focused mindset Passion for dentistry, ergonomics, and clinician wellness Ability to work independently and manage territory growth CompensationIndependent Contractor (1099) Compensation structure includes: 20% commission on all retail sales of loupes and lights Retail sales refer to non-special market sales Pricing must not fall below retail pricing without company approval Approved discounted sales are subject to a 15% commission structure Uncapped earning potential Commission payments are based on collected revenue.
