In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIG) products to healthcare providers, hospitals, and clinics. Your expertise in medical and pharmaceutical sales will drive growth, foster strong customer relationships, and expand our market presence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your technical sales skills, leadership qualities, and passion for healthcare to make a meaningful impact in patient care. Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets within assigned territories, focusing on B2B relationships with healthcare institutions. Conduct engaging product demonstrations and technical presentations to educate clients on IVIG benefits, usage protocols, and safety profiles. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts through proactive account management and exceptional customer service. Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and terms with healthcare providers to secure new business opportunities. Identify new market opportunities by analyzing industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery, compliance, and customer satisfaction. Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using organizational tools like Microsoft Office applications. Experience Proven success in medical or pharmaceutical sales, particularly in B2B environments involving complex products such as IVIG or other biologics. Demonstrated ability to lead product demos, conduct technical sales presentations, and close deals effectively. Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Experience managing accounts independently while demonstrating leadership within a team setting. Familiarity with analysis skills necessary to interpret market data, sales metrics, and customer feedback for strategic decision-making. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint for creating presentations and reports. Prior outside sales experience preferred, with a focus on healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors highly desirable.
