Texas-Owned. Texas-Operated. GoSharps is growing fast and we're looking for driven, people-first professionals to join our sales team in San Antonio. We are the local leader in Healthcare Compliance Services and we've built our reputation the old-fashioned way: through trusted, face-to-face relationships and outstanding service. Our Medical Sales Representatives are in the field every day, meeting new people and growing our business across Greater San Antonio.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-person consultations and service presentations Prospect medical offices and build lasting relationships within your local territory Set appointments with managers, clinical directors, physicians, and other decision-makers Hit monthly sales quotas for new contracts & revenue Represent GoSharps professionally and personably in every interaction Who We Want We're looking for natural connectors: charismatic people who thrive on meeting new faces, earning trust, and getting things done.

Our Hiring Process We don't have ten rounds of interviews and tests to take. Finding the right people is something taken seriously around here, but we keep it to three straightforward steps: Brief Introductory Video Call Long-form In-Person Interview Final Interview Video Call In the first two steps you'll meet & speak with the manager you'd be working for. The third step is a conversation with current members of the team you'd be working with.
