This is an outstanding opportunity for an injector who is passionate about aesthetics, excels at building patient relationships, and has a proven track record in both injectable treatments and sales . This is a 100% commission-based position , ideal for a provider who wants unlimited earning potential based on performance. We are looking for someone who not only delivers exceptional aesthetic results but also confidently consults, educates, and converts patients into long-term clients. Compensation 100% Commission-Based Unlimited earning potential High patient volume Marketing and lead generation support Employee discounts on treatments and medical-grade skincare Opportunity for significant monthly income Qualifications Active Texas RN, NP, or PA License ( Preferred) Not Required 3-5+ years of hands-on medical aesthetic injecting experience (Required) Strong sales background with a proven history of converting consultations into treatments Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed production and revenue goals Excellent interpersonal, communication, and consultation skills Professional appearance and exceptional bedside manner Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven Ability to build and maintain long-term patient relationships Required Experience Candidates must be proficient in performing: Neurotoxin injections (Botox®, Dysport®, Xeomin®, Daxxify®, Jeuveau®) Lip filler Cheek filler Chin augmentation Jawline contouring Tear trough filler Temple filler Facial balancing Full facial rejuvenation Hyaluronic acid fillers Sculptra® Radiesse® PRP/PRF injections Kybella® (Preferred) PDO Threads (Preferred) Sales & Consultation Expectations The ideal candidate is not only an exceptional injector but also an excellent consultant and closer.

Responsibilities include:

Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations Build trust and rapport with patients Develop customized treatment plans Recommend combination therapies and long-term treatment plans Educate patients on products and services Recommend and sell medical-grade skincare Convert consultations into paid procedures Meet or exceed monthly sales and production goals Grow and retain a loyal patient base through exceptional service and follow-up Responsibilities Perform safe and effective cosmetic injectable treatments Maintain accurate patient documentation Deliver outstanding patient care and follow-up Work collaboratively with physicians and the medical spa team Maintain compliance with all state regulations and practice protocols Stay current on the latest injectable techniques and products Ideal Candidate We are looking for a provider who: Is passionate about facial aesthetics and artistry Has outstanding sales and closing skills Thrives in a commission-based environment Is confident discussing treatment plans and pricing Has a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset Is committed to delivering exceptional patient outcomes and experiences Why Join Our Team?
