In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and driving sales growth within your designated territory. Your expertise in pharmaceutical and medical sales, combined with strong negotiation and account management skills, will be essential to expanding our market presence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead strategic initiatives, deliver product demonstrations, and contribute to the success of our healthcare solutions. Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with pharmaceutical wholesale clients through proactive communication and personalized service. Conduct product demos and technical sales presentations to showcase our pharmaceutical and medical equipment offerings effectively. Manage a designated territory by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing accounts, and expanding market reach. Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close deals that meet or exceed sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to prepare compelling proposals using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, highlighting product benefits tailored to client needs. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining high levels of client retention. Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic planning and optimize territory management efforts. Lead enterprise selling initiatives by engaging multiple stakeholders within client organizations for long-term partnerships. Skills Proven expertise in pharmaceutical sales, medical equipment technical sales, and B2B sales strategies. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively. Excellent account management capabilities with an emphasis on customer service excellence. Demonstrated ability to conduct engaging product demos and technical presentations. Leadership qualities that inspire team collaboration and drive results in outside sales environments. Analytical skills to assess market conditions, sales performance, and customer needs accurately. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word for proposals and PowerPoint for presentations. Exceptional communication skills combined with organizational prowess to manage multiple accounts efficiently. Experience in territory management, enterprise selling, and meeting or exceeding sales goals within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors.
