Job Description:
Rare opportunity to break into Surgical Sales with a Top Surgical Device Company. This is a rare opportunity for someone who desires a career in medical device sales, specifically in surgical sales. These positions are the way in to the business. Unfortunately, the company does not have the infrastructure to train in sales, so they look for candidates who have at least 1 year of B2B outside sales experience. This is a career move to launch a pathway to make in the high 6 figures as a surgical sales rep in the future.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Selling Surgical Implants in the OR You will be tasked with supporting surgeries and assisting the Territory Manager in growing the business.

Year 1 Comp Package $80k also includes full benefits & travel expenses This is a training position for someone who desires a career in Medical Device Sales Amazing company culture with a phenomenal manager The company has the longest tenure of any medical device company and only promotes from within.
BACKGROUND MUST HAVE
Candidate based in Richmond, VA market Bachelor's degree required Covid-vaccinated or willing to be vaccinated as you will need this to get hospital credentialing 1-2+ years outside b2b sales experience (preferred)
