We are looking for a high-energy, ambitious, and target-driven Community Outreach & Sales Representative to be our local boots-on-the-ground "foot soldier" in the community.
Make no mistake:
This is a pure sales and relationship-building role. You will be on the road every day, walking into healthcare facilities, establishing trust, and drumming up business. We do not require a college degree or prior healthcare experience. If you have an unstoppable work ethic, professional boundaries, a proactive attitude, and the grit to handle high-volume field sales, we will personally train you on the rest.
Key Responsibilities & The Daily Grind High-Volume Field Outreach:
Hit a strict target of 10 face-to-face facility visits per day (Assisted Living Communities, Rehab Hospitals, Skilled Nursing Homes, Clinics, and Social Work offices).
Relationship Pipeline Development:
Walk into facilities, bypass gatekeepers, drop off marketing materials, and identify key decision-makers (social workers, discharge planners, and care directors).
Activity Tracking & CRM Management:
Log every single visit, contact name, and facility note daily in our tracking software to map your territory effectively.
Collaborative Strategy:
Coordinate daily with our businss development team, and hand off high-level accounts to our Clinical Leadership and Nurse for specialized assessments. Performance Targets & Sales Expectations This position is held to clear, measurable performance metrics. To succeed in this role, you must be comfortable with accountability:
Activity Target:
50 completed, documented in-person facility drops/visits per week.
Pipeline Target:
Securing a minimum of 5 new high-value professional contacts/meetings per week.
Sales Outcome Target:
Generating a consistent, monthly quota of qualified client referrals that convert to active private-pay client accounts. Requirements (What We Look For) The "Hunter"

$22.00 to $25.00/hour (Based on experience and field performance evaluation).
