Member Sales & Service Representative (Part time) Are you passionate about helping people, building relationships, and being part of a mission-driven team? Bridgeway Credit Union is growing, and we're looking for an enthusiastic and service‑focused Member Sales & Service Representative to join our team! Why You'll Love Working with Us As a key face of our credit union, you'll be the go‑to person for our members; offering personalized support, uncovering their financial needs, and connecting them with products that truly make a difference. You'll be part of a supportive, collaborative team that values excellence, integrity, and community impact. What You'll Do In this role, you will: Engage every member interaction as a sales opportunity , uncovering financial needs through conversation and actively recommending credit union products such as loans, savings accounts, certificates, and special promotional offers. Proactively identify sales leads through daily member interactions, referrals, outreach efforts, and account reviews; helping members access products that genuinely support their financial goals. Use member data strategically to target and promote relevant products (for example, auto loans for members with new car purchases or mortgage options for recently relocated members). Participate actively in marketing initiatives , supporting branch‑wide sales goals and contributing ideas that elevate member engagement and product adoption. Service and build relationships with existing accounts, delivering exceptional member service while continuously seeking opportunities to cross‑sell relevant financial products. Assist members with account openings, virtual branch referrals, and product setup to ensure a seamless start to their financial journey with the credit union. Execute teller transactions such as deposits, transfers, withdrawals, loan payments, and cash advances with accuracy, efficiency, and an eye for identifying additional member needs. Respond to questions and concerns in person, via phone or text, or through email, using every interaction to reinforce trust and deepen member relationships. Support team goals, collaborate with other departments, and contribute to a high‑energy, sales‑driven environment focused on member success. What You Bring High School Diploma or GED At least 1 year of cash handling experience Excellent communication skills Strong attention to detail Comfort using computers and Microsoft Office tools A genuine passion for helping people and delivering top‑tier service What Success Looks Like You'll shine in this role if you're someone who: Builds genuine connections with members and consistently identifies opportunities to match them with the right financial products. Learns new systems quickly and stays up to date with evolving credit union technologies, using them to improve service, accuracy, and efficiency. Enjoys problem-solving and approaches challenges with a proactive, positive attitude. Thrives in a structured, goals-driven environment and is excited to contribute to both individual and branch-wide success.
