As a Membership Specialist, you will support the growth and success of the Lakewood Club through membership sales, member engagement, and exceptional customer service. Serving as a primary point of contact for current and prospective members, you will assist with membership inquiries, coordinate communications, maintain membership records, and help plan member events. This role requires strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills. Key Responsibilities Promote and sell Lakewood Club memberships through outreach, referrals, and member engagement efforts. Serve as a primary contact for current and prospective members via phone, email, and in-person interactions. Assist with planning and execution of member golf tournaments, social events, and club activities. Coordinate membership communications, including announcements, invitations, and club updates. Maintain accurate membership records, databases, and files. Assist with member account requests and provide exceptional customer service. Utilize membership and POS software to manage membership information and support daily operations. Perform general administrative duties including filing, scanning, mail handling, and office organization. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in hospitality, sales, customer service, membership services, or administrative support preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills.
