AT&T Enrollment Representative

When you join us as an AT&T Enrollment Representative, you'll serve as the focal point of our team, where you will leverage your ability to connect with customers and assist them with their telecommunication accounts. We provide the tools, training, and mentorship needed to excel in sales and customer service because we believe in encouraging talent from the ground. Also with this role, you will collaborate with our sales and AT&T Enrollment Representative teams to enhance your presentation and negotiation skills to help strengthen your ability to deliver results. AT&T Enrollment Representative Responsibilities:

Directly interact with customers, promoting products and services specific to their situation and driving sales performance Assist customers directly throughout the enrollment process, ensuring a smooth and positive sales engagement Proactively identify customers' needs and offer tailored, customized solutions, while building value in the products and services we offer Track and monitor key performance metrics such as sales numbers, customer service metrics, and customer retention rates to identify areas for improvement Meet and exceed sales goals set, ensuring continued success and growth Work together with the AT&T Enrollment Representative team to learn and remain up to date on product offerings, promotion eligibility, and overall changes in the market Represent the AT&T Enrollment Representative team at community events, sales outreach programs, and designated enrollment locations

AT&T Enrollment Representative Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales, customer service, client service, or account management is a plus, but not required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with customers regularly The ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment Self-driven with a consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets while maintaining top-notch customer service Superior accuracy and attention to detail
