About
Complimentary membership access.
Employee discounts on retail, supplements, and services.
Flexible scheduling.

Pay ranges from minimum wage up to $50 an hour (based on ability to earn sales commissions and bonuses). ________________________________________ Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Membership Growth Drive new membership sales through phone outreach, lead follow-up, and in-club engagement.
Book membership appointments and meet or exceed monthly goals.
Conduct 100% of Fitness Tours according to the Membership Playbook.
Present membership options and close sales professionally and confidently.
Follow up with newly enrolled members to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Contact past-due members regarding late payments and down payments.
Set up in-club and external events.
Generate leads through outreach initiatives.
Maintain daily accountability for sales metrics and KPIs set for each shift.
Proficient in helping members toward their fitness goals and setting them up with a personal trainer. Front Desk & Customer Service Warmly greet all members and guests upon arrival and departure.
Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and professionally.
Check in members, verify memberships, register participants for classes, and review member profiles for upgrade opportunities.
Address member questions or direct them to the appropriate department.
Provide information regarding club events, programs, and services.
Respond professionally to guest, member, and staff inquiries.
Assist in dues collections, re-engagement campaigns, and meet dues minimums. Retail & POS Operations Sell supplements, apparel, and retail items.
Accurately process transactions using the POS system and provide correct change.
Assist with inventory counts and product pricing as needed.
Assist management with restocking the gym store. Facility & Administrative Duties Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and lobby area.
Perform opening and closing procedures as assigned.
Attend required meetings and trainings.
Report unsafe conditions or emergencies immediately to management.
Assist in maintaining overall club cleanliness and operational excellence.
This position is not limited to the responsibilities listed above. Additional responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, marketing, social media, and event assistance.
This position reports to the Operations Manager and General Manager but may interact with other management or department leaders depending on club structure. ________________________________________ Qualifications In-depth knowledge of sales practices and techniques.
Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
Energetic, friendly, and outgoing personality with a positive attitude.
Ability to multitask with attention to detail.
Comfortable working with computers, digital processes, and POS systems.
Self-starter with strong organizational skills.
Team-oriented with a "can-do" attitude.
High school diploma or GED required.
CPR/AED certification may be required (or ability to obtain).Minimum 6 months of customer service experience (fitness, retail, hospitality, or related field preferred).Sales experience preferred but not required. ________________________________________ Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods.
Frequent standing, reaching, bending, kneeling, and occasional lifting up to 45 lbs.
