Job Description

Are you looking for a retail sales and customer service role where you can make a real impact on people's well-being? Elements Massage Campbell is the place for you. We are a wellness studio seeking an engaging, outgoing, and confident personality to lead retail sales and customer service for new clients and current members. Our studio thrives on Elements Wellness Program sales, and we reward our team for meeting sales goals. Earn up to $200 per month in additional bonuses through commissions on wellness plan and product sales.

To better the lives of everyone we touch. As a Front Desk Sales Associate, you will: Deliver exceptional customer service every time a client enters the studio. Educate clients about the Elements Wellness Program, a no-hassle membership plan. Follow our proven sales process to enroll clients into the membership and sell skincare products. Be the first and last face of hospitality, whether on the phone or in the studio. Ensure seamless appointment scheduling and payment processing for clients. Work as a team with managers and massage therapists to create a welcoming, client-centered environment. This is not a remote or seasonal position.
What We're Looking For:
Sales-driven mindset with the ability to confidently follow our proven sales process to promote the Elements Wellness Program. Strong communication skills with a passion for listening and building connections with clients. Customer service skills to turn client concerns into positive experiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
Sales experience, especially in memberships or retail products. Customer service experience in a spa-like or hospitality-driven environment. Comfortable with scheduling software and payment systems. Team player passionate about creating the best environment for both employees and clients.
What We Offer:
Pay starting at $19 per hour, depending on experience. Commission on membership sales. Preventative managed healthcare. CalSavers Roth IRA. A complimentary monthly massage or facial for employees working 20 or more hours per week.
