Member Service Specialist Ultimate Staffing Services - 3.8 Carlsbad, CA Job Details Full-time $23 - $30 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Computer operation Customer communication Financial services customer support Accurate transaction records management Desktop applications Productivity software Full Job Description Member Service Specialist (Credit Union) Join a credit union branch team where you'll be the first point of contact for members-delivering excellent service, processing transactions, and helping individuals find the right financial solutions.
Pay:
$23.00 - $30.00 per hour
What You'll Do:
Assist members with transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments) Answer account questions and resolve issues with a high level of service Open and maintain accounts (checking, savings, IRAs, certificates) Educate members on products, services, and digital banking tools Identify opportunities to recommend loans, credit cards, and other services Maintain cash handling accuracy and support daily branch operations Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and security standards
What We're Looking For:
3+ years of experience in a credit union, bank, or financial services environment Strong customer service and communication skills Proven attention to detail and accuracy with financial transactions Comfortable working in a fast-paced, member-facing environment Proficiency with basic computer systems and Microsoft Office Nice to
Have:
Credit union experience Familiarity with core banking systems and compliance procedures
Work Environment:
