This role will be multifaceted to include Front Desk Department and Membership Sales Department responsibilities. We are looking for someone with energy, excitement, focus, determination, and follow-through ability. Candidates must have strong communication, time management, organizational, and follow-up skills. Candidates must possess a proven ability to build relationships, as well as an energetic and contagiously friendly personality. We are looking for someone who cares about health and fitness, but direct health and fitness experience are not required. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Club tours and membership sales Setting up new guests and memberships Outreach via phone, text, and email Guest and member account maintenance Greeting and checking in members and guests Point of sale transactions Helping to maintain a clean club environment Assisting with marketing projects Making and Troubleshooting Schedules Participating in Interviewing and Hiring Process Employee Accountability Job Hours are: Monday

  • 8:00pm (break from 3:00pm-4:00pm) Saturday 10:00am
