Spanish and english preferred Performance based job, 4-6 months for opportunities to grow onto sales management. We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and business development, with the ability to effectively manage client relationships and drive growth. Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective account management and customer service. Engage in outside sales activities to generate new leads and expand business opportunities. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase services offered. Utilize CRM software to track interactions, manage accounts, and analyze sales data. Collaborate with marketing teams to create strategies that enhance lead generation efforts. Implement territory management techniques to optimize sales coverage and performance. Participate in cold calling initiatives to identify potential clients and convert leads into sales. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Provide insights through analysis skills to identify market trends and opportunities for growth. Assist in upselling additional services based on client needs and feedback. Skills Proven experience in B2B sales, including direct sales, inside sales, and territory sales. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software for tracking customer interactions. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships. Ability to conduct thorough market analysis to inform business development strategies. Experience in technology sales or technical sales is a plus. Strong lead generation capabilities with a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities. Management experience is beneficial for overseeing projects or teams as needed. Proficient in conducting product demos that effectively communicate value propositions. A background in retail sales can be advantageous for understanding customer needs.
