We're hiring for approximately 15 hours of work at our vibrant Union Street Studio. These shifts are perfect for someone looking to make an impact in a dynamic and welcoming environment while gaining valuable experience in sales and customer service.

Thursdays:

6:45am-11am

Fridays:

6:45am- 11am

Sundays:

What You'll Do As a Sales & Customer Engagement Representative , you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our members while supporting the growth of our studio. This position offers a blend of sales and customer service responsibilities, making it a great opportunity for someone who loves engaging with people, building relationships, and contributing to a positive fitness community.

Responsibilities:

Create amazing experiences: Greet prospects and members with a smile, answer their questions, and ensure they feel welcome and supported.

Drive membership growth:

Learn and execute our sales process, make calls, send emails/texts, and convert leads into memberships.

Keep things running smoothly:

Check members into classes, maintain a clean and presentable studio, and handle inquiries professionally.

Collaborate with the team:

Partner with coworkers to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain our studio's positive energy.

Stay organized:

Write thoughtful notes, manage emails, and keep accurate records of interactions with prospects and members.

Skills We're Looking For:

A strong interest in sales and a desire to grow in this area. Basic understanding of customer service practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English. Friendly, energetic, and adaptable personality. Ability to work under pressure and address complaints effectively. Comfortable with technology and able to learn new tasks quickly. Why Join Us?
