We're building more than a studio. We're creating a premium movement and wellness experience where strength, mobility, and recovery come together in a modern, elevated environment.

Tower Reformer Pilates Mat + Heated Pilates Strength + conditioning Recovery services (including red light therapy) Every touchpoint matters, and that starts at the front desk. We're hiring Member Experience Associates to help create a seamless, welcoming, high-touch client journey from first impression to long-term loyalty. The Role This is not a typical front desk job. At Hiptwist, the front desk is the hospitality and operational heartbeat of the studio. You'll be responsible for creating a polished, warm, highly organized experience while supporting daily operations, member retention, and studio flow. You'll be our brand ambassador! You are the first hello, the lasting impression, and often the bridge between curiosity and commitment. What You'll Do Welcome members and guests with professionalism, warmth, and confidence Deliver a premium hospitality experience from check-in to check-out Support membership sales, intro offer conversions, and lead follow-up Assist with booking, scheduling, account management, and studio software Maintain studio presentation, cleanliness, and operational readiness Educate clients on memberships, packages, promotions, and studio offerings Support retail presentation and light sales Help foster community, retention, and exceptional client relationships Communicate clearly with instructors and leadership to ensure seamless daily operations What Makes This Different At Hiptwist, front desk team members are not just receptionists—they are brand ambassadors and member experience leaders .
