Job Description

Studio Operations Lead About SWTHZ:
SWTHZ is a luxury contrast therapy studio offering premium infrared sauna and cold plunge experiences all in your own private suite. We're not just a wellness facility - we create transformative experiences that help members recover, recharge, and optimize their health. Our studios combine cutting-edge technology with hospitality-driven service to deliver an unmatched wellness experience.
The Opportunity:
We're seeking a Studio Operations Lead to help run our new studio at The Row. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and is passionate about wellness, people, and building something exceptional. You'll be the face of the studio, the leader of the team, and the person responsible for creating an environment where members feel their best and your team performs at their highest level. $24 - $26 per hour - based on experience
What You'll Own Daily Studio Operations:
Lead all studio operations including opening/closing procedures, facility maintenance, and equipment functionality Ensure the studio delivers a luxury experience with every client interaction Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance Manage inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships Oversee appointment scheduling and member reservations Drive revenue and membership sales
Team Leadership and Development:
Hire, train, schedule, and develop studio associates Conduct daily team briefings and set clear goals and expectations Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback Build a culture of accountability, excellence, and teamwork Create staff schedules in advance and manage labor budgets
Sales & Revenue Generation:
Drive studio revenue through membership sales, packages, and upsells Execute outreach to leads and convert introductory sessions to memberships Build and maintain strong relationships with members to maximize retention Meet and exceed monthly sales targets (new memberships, revenue, conversion rates) Identify opportunities to increase member engagement and lifetime value
Member Experience:
Create exceptional first impressions for every client walking through the door Personally greet members and intro clients by name Address member concerns and resolve issues with professionalism and care Gather feedback and continuously improve the member experience Build a community atmosphere that keeps members coming back
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Track and report daily KPIs (revenue, new member sales, intro conversions, etc.) Analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities Communicate progress to Area Manager and adjust tactics to hit goals Send daily team updates with studio stats, priorities, and wins What Success Looks Like You'll know you're winning when: Your studio consistently hits monthly revenue and membership targets Your team is engaged, growing, and executing at a high level Members are raving about their experience and referring friends The studio runs smoothly and efficiently, even when you're not there You feel in control, energized, and proud of what you've built
Requirements:
2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience (retail, hospitality, fitness, or related field) Proven sales experience with a track record of hitting targets Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable with technology (scheduling systems, CRM, point-of-sale) Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays Passion for health, wellness, and helping others
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in boutique fitness, wellness, spa, or luxury hospitality Background in membership-based business models Familiarity with Mindbody/AXLE ( bonus however not required ) or similar studio management software Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams
What We Offer Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate: $24+/hour based on experience
