doing what's best for our members and providing exceptional service. Because we're a small team, you'll have the opportunity to learn many aspects of the credit union business. No two days are exactly alike, and there is always something new to learn. What You'll Do Welcome and assist members with their financial needs Process transactions accurately and efficiently Open new accounts and answer member questions Assist with electronic transactions, checks, and account maintenance Support membership applications and IRA processing Answer phones and provide outstanding service to members Help create a positive, friendly, and professional member experience What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who is: Friendly, professional, and genuinely enjoys helping others Curious and eager to learn Reliable and punctual Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Able to manage multiple priorities throughout the day Qualifications High school diploma required Spanish Speaking (Preferred) Minimum 1 year of customer service experience Minimum 1 year of cash handling experience Proficiency with basic math and financial calculations Proficient with Windows, Microsoft Word, and Excel Ability to type at least 20 words per minute Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Strong attention to detail and accuracy Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen, criminal background check, and credit check No prior banking or credit union experience is required. We will train the right candidate.
