Avon, CT 06001 Apply Apply Description Membership Sales Associate Drive membership growth while helping individuals improve their health and wellness through a consultative, relationship-focused sales approach.
Responsibilities:
Meet and exceed membership sales quotas
Generate leads through community outreach and networking
Conduct tours, present membership options, and close sales
Build rapport and foster long-term member retention
Follow up with prospects and handle customer service concerns
Collaborate with team members to achieve center goals
Qualifications:
Proven retail or sales experience with goal achievement

QUALIFICATIONS A
Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business, Marketing or the equivalent, required. Previous experience within the fitness, health and wellness industry preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
