In this pivotal role, you will support the growth and retention of our membership base by engaging with potential and current members through innovative outreach, personalized service, and strategic management. Your enthusiasm for building relationships, combined with your expertise in sales and management, will drive membership initiatives forward. You will play a key role in executing marketing strategies, managing accounts, and fostering a welcoming environment that encourages member loyalty and satisfaction. Responsibilities Assist in developing and implementing targeted outside sales strategies to attract new members and expand existing relationships. Manage member accounts effectively, ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction through personalized communication and support. Conduct business-to-business (B2B) sales efforts by establishing partnerships with local organizations, companies, and community groups to promote membership benefits. Support marketing campaigns aimed at increasing awareness of membership programs through digital channels, events, and direct outreach. Lead negotiations with prospective members and partners to secure mutually beneficial agreements that align with organizational goals. Collaborate with management to develop strategies for business development, retention initiatives, and market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining positive relationships with members. Assist in training and mentoring team members on sales techniques, account management practices, and customer engagement strategies. Experience Proven experience in outside sales or business development within a B2B environment, preferably involving technology or professional services. Demonstrated success in management roles with leadership responsibilities such as team coordination or project oversight. Strong background in marketing strategies that drive member or client engagement; familiarity with digital marketing tools is a plus. Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for tracking sales activities and analyzing customer data. Technical sales experience involving complex solutions or products is highly desirable. Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and close deals effectively. Strong analysis skills to interpret market data, identify growth opportunities, and inform strategic decisions. Proficient in Social Media Marketing, reels, posts, stories.
