Job Description

The Company:
Carefree Club Holdings is the first company of its kind. We offer affordable, monthly membership packages that provide our customers with unlimited access to top-of-the-line Wave Runners and Boats without the everyday hassles associated with ownership. No waiting, no maintenance, no storage, no stress. The Membership Services Specialist is responsible for handling requests such as booking reservations, processing charges, general inquiries related to JetRide information, logistics, and any other assigned tasks as deemed necessary by operational needs.
Key Responsibilities Member Experience & Communication:
Answer all incoming phone calls promptly during business hours. Respond to voicemails, emails, and text messages within 24 hours. Provide accurate information regarding reservations, policies, and services. Foster a proactive, member-first service culture that enhances retention and satisfaction.
Membership Management:
Track membership renewals in accordance with contract terms and follow up in a timely manner. Process membership changes including transfers, upgrades, freezes, and cancellations according to company policy. Maintain accurate and up-to-date member records, documentation, and account notes. Assist with billing inquiries and ensure proper processing of charges.
Policy Enforcement:
Ensure members adhere to club rules, safety guidelines, and operational policies. Address policy violations professionally and document corrective actions as required. Escalate concerns to leadership when appropriate.
Operational Support:
Assist with additional administrative or operational duties as assigned. Support cross-functional teams to ensure seamless member service delivery. Required Experience and Preferred Qualifications High School diploma or GED preferred. Minimum of 1year experience in customer service, hospitality, or membership-based role; boating/marine experience is a plus. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities. Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and scheduling platforms. Must be able to work weekends & Holidays.
