In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective and current members, guiding them through their journey to become part of our community. Your energetic approach and excellent communication skills will help foster strong relationships, drive membership growth, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. This position offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your sales expertise, management skills, and passion for business development to make a meaningful impact every day. Duties Engage with potential members through proactive outreach, including cold calling and lead generation efforts, to promote membership benefits and grow the community. Conduct personalized product demos and presentations to showcase membership offerings, emphasizing value and benefits tailored to each individual's needs. Manage a territory or designated market segment by developing strategic plans for territory management and business development initiatives. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing members through account management strategies, upselling additional services or memberships when appropriate. Collaborate with marketing teams to implement targeted campaigns that increase brand awareness and attract new members. Negotiate membership packages and terms with prospects, ensuring mutual satisfaction while meeting sales targets through effective sales techniques including B2B (business-to-business) sales strategies. Skills Proven experience in outside sales, inside sales, or retail sales with a focus on B2B (business-to-business) environments. Strong management capabilities with the ability to lead territory or account management efforts effectively. Expertise in business development, lead generation, cold calling, and direct sales techniques. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for tracking customer interactions and analyzing sales trends. Excellent negotiation skills combined with customer service excellence to foster long-term relationships. Ability to conduct engaging product demos and upsell additional memberships or services confidently. Analytical skills for assessing market opportunities, tracking performance metrics, and optimizing sales strategies across territories.
