Non-Exempt Pelican Isle Yacht Club A Member-owned private Club in North Naples with approximately 420 Memberships, 190 Boat Slips, a beautiful campus with rich amenities, brand new Marina, and an active "on-the-water" lifestyle. The Club is comprised of Members and Employees who are proud of our friendly and inclusive atmosphere, professional organization, and beautiful location. PIYC is recognized by Club Leader's Forum as the #7 Yacht Club in America on the Platinum Clubs List and on the top 50 Platinum Clubs of the World. The PIYC Member Services Coordinator serves as the primary administrative liaison between Members and all areas of Club operations, including dining, lifestyle activities, marina services, sports, fitness, on-the-water amenities, and reciprocal partners. As the first point of contact both in-person at reception and by phone, this role requires a friendly, approachable demeanor combined with strong knowledge of daily Club offerings. The Member Services Coordinator assists with Member registrations while proactively collaborating with multiple departments to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional Member experience. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for Members, guests, and prospective Members by phone and in person, greeting all with warmth and professionalism Deliver a high level of Member service by managing dining, lifestyle programming, sports courts, paddlesports, and special event reservations within established parameters Answer and route calls, inquiries, and foot traffic in a friendly and efficient manner Publish and manage daily and weekly Club schedules, proactively identifying and resolving conflicts or information gaps on Club-shared calendar Assist with Membership inquiries and basic administrative tasks such as notarization, guest registration, and Member name badge distribution, fitness fob management; support communications efforts by distributing Club updates and event information as needed Coordinate meeting and Committee setups, including audio-visual equipment setup and providing basic technical support Serve as primary liaison for reciprocal club partnerships, coordinating communication and Member services as needed Maintain Ship's Store organization, inventory, and Member and guest assistance Capture Club and event photography and videography for use in Club communications and media Assist with Club's social media presence with timely, relevant, and engaging content Maintain a flexible schedule working Tuesday-Saturday, overseeing main administrative services Wednesday-Saturday, with Wednesday evenings supporting hostessing duties, and occasional evenings and holidays as needed Perform other related duties as assigned Skills and Abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with professional phone and email etiquette Friendly and professional demeanor, consistently creating a positive first impression for Members and guests Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with Members and team members Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint) Comfortable using Club-specific platforms such as Jonas Club Software, Canva, Constant Contact, MembersFirst, GroupValet, Slack and Zoom Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt as needed; proactive, self-motivated, and strong in project follow-through Able to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Committed to ongoing professional development and staying current on best practices in Club engagement Our New Team Member Will Possess theFollowing Qualifications:
Has 2-3 years of experience in Private Club, resort hospitality, or membership services Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills Self-starter, well organized, detail oriented, and flexible Innovative and solution-minded approach to meeting daily challenges Enjoy working with a team and have strong interpersonal skills Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to an evolving organization Compensation & Benefits Compensation is competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
