Our mission is to help busy professionals look, feel, and perform their best through innovative wellness solutions. We are seeking an energetic, outgoing, and sales-minded Studio Coordinator & Wellness Advisor to join our growing team. This hybrid role combines front desk operations, membership sales, client consultations, body contouring services, and overall member experience management. The ideal candidate is passionate about health and wellness, enjoys building relationships, thrives in a sales environment, wants to learn and grow in their careeer, and is excited to help clients achieve life-changing results.
Compensation:

Responsibilities:
Membership Sales & Wellness Consultations Conduct consultations with prospective clients and members Present memberships, wellness programs, and body contouring services Convert introductory sessions into memberships and service packages Perform outbound follow-up calls, texts, and emails to leads and prospects Re-engage former clients and inactive leads Track leads, appointments, and sales activities within our CRM system Educate clients on program benefits and treatment options Front Desk & Member Services Serve as the welcoming face of the studio Greet clients and ensure an exceptional member experience Check clients in and out of appointments Answer incoming phone calls, texts, and emails Manage scheduling, appointment confirmations, and client communications Assist members with account questions and membership needs Maintain a clean, organized, and professional studio environment Body Contouring & Wellness Services Perform body contouring services including: TruFlex Body Sculpting Cavitation Vacuum Therapy Conduct 3D Body Composition Scans Review results and assist clients with goal setting Educate clients on treatment plans and expected outcomes Maintain treatment rooms and equipment according to company standards Studio Operations Assist with retail sales and inventory management Perform laundry, room turnover, and general studio upkeep Support client retention initiatives and referral programs Assist with community outreach, events, and local partnerships Contribute ideas to improve the overall client experience and studio growth
Qualifications:
Required 1+ years of sales, customer service, hospitality, fitness, wellness, or related experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong relationship-building abilities Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with leads Self-motivated, organized, and dependable Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Passion for health, fitness, wellness, and helping others succeed Preferred Experience performing body contouring and sculpting services Esthetician license is a strong plus Experience in fitness, wellness, med spa, aesthetics, hospitality, or boutique studio environments 2+ years of membership sales or consultative sales experience Familiarity with ClubReady or similar CRM and scheduling platforms Social media or community outreach experience What Success Looks Like Delivering an exceptional experience for every client who walks through our doors Helping grow the studio through sales, service, and community engagement Consistently converting consultations and intro sessions into memberships Building strong relationships that improve retention and referrals Taking ownership of daily operations and contributing to a positive team culture If you're passionate about wellness, love helping people achieve their goals, and enjoy working in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment, we'd love to hear from you.
