Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual Member Service Specialist to join our team! In this energetic role, you will serve as a vital link between our organization and our diverse customer base, providing exceptional service in both English and Spanish. Role Overview The Member Services Specialist provides white-glove service to our clients. This role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and a heart for service. You'll manage Franchisees' inquiries with grace and efficiency while supporting daily operations that reflect our mission to serve with excellence.
Key Responsibilities Core Duties Member Communication:
Member Services Specialist handle all inbound and outbound member communications. Ensure they are responded to promptly, questions are answered accurately, and information is clearly communicated. Follow up on open items to ensure timely resolution and a positive experience.
System Accuracy:
Navigate CRM and client systems efficiently and accurately.
Knowledge Application:
Maintain a strong understanding of member programs to provide clear and effective assistance.
Additional Responsibilities Administrative Support:
Assist with operational and administrative tasks as needed.
Project Support:
Participate in special projects aligned with business priorities.
Process Improvement:
Recommend and refine best practices to enhance efficiency and service quality. Schedule Monday
