Position Overview As a Gym Manager, you will play a key role in creating an outstanding experience for our members while helping grow the Gym Nation community. Your success will be measured by your ability to provide exceptional customer service, increase membership sales, improve member retention, and maintain a clean and welcoming facility. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, connecting with people, and making a positive impact every day. ResponsibilitiesMember Experience & Customer Service Welcome members and guests with a friendly, positive attitude. Create a welcoming atmosphere where every member feels valued and supported. Build relationships with members and help them stay motivated on their fitness journey. Respond promptly and professionally to member questions, concerns, and feedback. Resolve issues efficiently and follow through to ensure member satisfaction. Sales & Membership Growth Generate membership sales through tours, referrals, outreach, and lead follow-up. Help prospective members understand the value of Gym Nation and find the membership option that best fits their needs. Promote club programs, services, and special offers. Assist in developing and implementing marketing promotions and community partnerships. Contribute to social media engagement and member-focused content. Facility Operations Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment throughout the facility. Complete daily cleaning and disinfecting tasks. Monitor equipment and facility conditions and report maintenance needs. Assist with administrative tasks, member accounts, and record keeping. Qualifications We're looking for someone who is: Reliable, punctual, and accountable. Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with people from all backgrounds. Self-motivated and capable of working independently. Passionate about fitness, health, and helping others succeed. Driven to achieve goals and continuously improve. Organized with strong attention to detail. Comfortable using social media and basic computer applications. Possesses strong communication and customer service skills. Preferred Experience Sales experience Customer service experience Fitness industry experience Marketing or social media experience Education High School Diploma or Equivalent Required Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Frequently required to bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and lift. Ability to lift up to 45 pounds. Ability to safely use cleaning and disinfecting products.
