Part-time shifts available during days, evenings, and weekends About the Role Black Box VR combines immersive virtual reality gaming with high-intensity fitness to create one of the most exciting gym experiences in the industry. We're looking for energetic and dependable team members who enjoy helping people, building relationships, and creating a fun, welcoming environment. As a Member Service Representative (Hero Trainer), you'll: Welcome and assist members and guests Guide prospective members through tours and demos Help new members get started and stay engaged Support gym operations and member experience Follow up with leads and help grow the membership community You'll work closely with our Field Marketing team to help create a smooth transition from community events into the gym experience.

What You'll Do:

Member Experience & Sales Welcome members and create a positive gym experience Conduct tours, demos, and onboarding for prospective members Build relationships and help convert visitors into members Follow up with prospective members while interest is high Support member retention through engagement and community-building Community & Events Help create a fun, energetic, and supportive gym environment Support member events, competitions, and community activities Assist with social media and promotional efforts using company-provided content Gym Operations Support front desk and daily gym operations Help maintain facility cleanliness and organization Ensure the gym is welcoming, clean, and ready for members Compensation & Perks $15-17/hour Commission opportunities for new member sales Complimentary Black Box VR membership Casual fitness dress code Growth opportunities within Black Box VR Qualifications Friendly, dependable, and comfortable working with people Strong communication and customer service skills Organized and self-motivated Interest in fitness, gaming, or technology is a plus Customer service, sales, hospitality, or gym experience preferred Physical Requirements Ability to lift/carry up to 25 lbs Frequent standing, walking, and member interaction About Black Box VR Black Box VR combines immersive virtual reality gaming with high-intensity interval strength training to create a competitive, engaging, and results-driven fitness experience.
