Job Description
Member Services Representative Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all members and guests
- Assist members with inquiries, account updates, and membership sign-ups
- Operate /Balance Teller drawer and process payments accurately/Daily balancing and ordering of Debit cards./ Maintaining on line accounts.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist staff members when needed/Making collection calls
- Handle and resolve member complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to achieve all credit union goals
Skills:
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in handling cash transactions
- Experience in credit unions/banks a plus Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is a plus
