Member Services Representative

Member Services Representative Duties:

• Provide exceptional customer service to all members and guests
• Assist members with inquiries, account updates, and membership sign-ups
• Operate /Balance Teller drawer and process payments accurately/Daily balancing and ordering of Debit cards./ Maintaining on line accounts.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist staff members when needed/Making collection calls
• Handle and resolve member complaints or concerns in a professional manner
• Collaborate with team members to achieve all credit union goals

Skills:

• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficient in handling cash transactions
• Experience in credit unions/banks a plus Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is a plus
