We are currently seeking motivated and member-oriented individuals to join our team as a Member Service Advisor.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Member Service Advisor to assist members and potential members with their Credit Union needs, including teller transactions, setting up new accounts, account maintenance and promoting products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments. Opening and closing accounts, and account maintenance. Provide excellent member service and resolve inquiries. Promote products and services to meet member needs. Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; High School Internships also available Customer service experience is a plus. Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

• Friday 8:00 AM
• 6:00 PM Saturday Hours
• 8:00 AM
• 12:00 PM Part Time Employees have a 20-25 hour work week within the hours listed above.
