To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/ or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Must be at least 16 years of age. High school diploma, or equivalent, preferred. Basic member service skills and telephone etiquette. Data entry skills and basic computer proficiency using standard word processing. Ability to learn and use YMCA software programs. Math and calculator proficiency. Knowledge of filing and basic office procedures and the ability to use the copier and fax machine.
