is a 24-hour infrared fitness studio that combines heat, infrared energy, and exercise to deliver efficient, results-driven workouts. Members enjoy virtually instructed sessions in a semi-private setting, with workouts ranging from Hot Yoga and Pilates to cycling, rowing, and strength-based training. At HOTWORX Louisville (Middletown), we want members to feel more than just signed up. We want them to feel welcomed, supported, and excited to be here. What You'll DoSales + Growth Meet and exceed membership sales goals through tours, follow-up, consultative sales, and relationship-building Consistently follow up with leads by phone, text, email, and in person Support membership retention through strong onboarding, check-ins, and member engagement Help drive referrals, retail sales, promotions, and studio growth initiatives Track performance and stay focused on studio goals, KPIs, and daily sales activity Team Leadership + Studio Operations Lead the day-to-day operations of the studio and maintain a clean, organized, welcoming environment Coach, support, and motivate team members to deliver strong sales performance and excellent customer service Assist with staff scheduling, training, accountability, and development Help ensure studio policies, procedures, and brand standards are consistently upheld Handle member concerns and problem-solve with professionalism and urgency Community + Member Experience Create a positive, energetic studio culture where members feel known and supported Represent HOTWORX in the local community through partnerships, events, and outreach efforts Build relationships with members, prospects, and local businesses to help grow the brand Support studio social media, promotions, and local marketing efforts as needed What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is outgoing, organized, self-motivated, and excited to lead from the front.
Ideal Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, fitness, hospitality, retail, or studio management Leadership or management experience preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable with sales goals, lead follow-up, and performance expectations Professional, dependable, and able to take initiative Passion for fitness, wellness, and helping others feel their best Willingness to work a mix of daytime, evening, and occasional weekend shifts High school diploma required; college degree preferred but not required Compensation + Perks Competitive hourly base pay Commission opportunities Monthly performance bonus opportunity Free HOTWORX membership Retail/product discounts Paid training Schedule Full-time Day shift / evening shift mix Monday to Friday Weekend availability as needed Work Location In person - Louisville, KY (Middletown area)
