Full-Time preferred Check out our website here: https://publicoutreachgroup.com/ Make an Impact While Getting Paid Public Outreach is hiring Face-to-Face Fundraisers to work on behalf of leading nonprofit organizations across Boston. You'll speak with members of the public in busy streets, neighborhoods, and community areas, sharing important campaigns and inspiring people to become monthly supporters. No fundraising experience is required. We provide full paid training. If you've worked in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, events, or other people-facing roles, this job is a strong fit. What You'll Do Talk with members of the public in busy outdoor locations Represent respected nonprofit organizations Inspire monthly donations through conversation Work as part of a street and/or door-to-door fundraising team Meet personal and team goals Work outdoors in an active, social environment What We're Looking For 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S. Able to commit to 4 shifts per week (30+ hours) Comfortable working outdoors in all weather Strong communication skills Positive, reliable, and coachable Comfortable speaking with strangers regularly Able to work in a goal-driven environment Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, canvassing, or nonprofit work is helpful but not required.
