We're a gritty, hard-training fight gym with a packed schedule, sweaty mats, and a tight community. We get a lot of leads and booked intros.
Your job:
turn those into committed members and keep them from quitting. Duties Greet walk-ins and trial students, run quick facility tours Call / text / email new leads fast and get them booked for their first class Sit down with trial students after class, present membership options, and close Follow up with no-shows and "on the fence" leads until they say yes or no Proactively reach out to members who are ghosting classes to get them back on the mat Handle basic front-desk tasks: check-ins, payments, scheduling, keeping the gym dialed in Qualifications You like people and you're not scared of sales conversations You can have a direct, honest conversation without being weird or pushy You're organized enough to follow a simple CRM / follow-up list You can work evenings and at least one weekend day

You train Jiu-Jitsu / MMA / striking or have in the past
Or:
You've done phone / in-person sales and know how to close warm leads Previous experience working at a front desk or in office management is highly preferred. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated customer service experience with strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette. Ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Compensation & Perks Part-time hourly + commission on: New memberships sold Retention "saves" (when someone was going to quit but stays) Performance bonuses for hitting monthly targets Free training Growth path into more hours / higher responsibility if you crush it

$21.00 - $68.83 per hour
