We're looking for a Member Relations Coordinator to join our Membership Development Office and play a key role in delivering an outstanding experience to our members and prospective members every day. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a relationship-driven environment, enjoys variety in their work, and takes pride in representing an organization with warmth and professionalism. What You'll Be Doing Supporting the Membership Director with day-to-day scheduling, correspondence, and priorities Serving as a friendly first point of contact for member inquiries by phone, email, and in person Coordinating prospective member tours and managing follow-up communications Assisting with the new member onboarding process Helping draft and send member communications including emails, newsletters, and announcements Maintaining accurate membership and prospect records across club management systems Learning club history, traditions, and amenities to assist with or lead tours when needed What We're Looking For Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, member-facing environment A professional, warm demeanor and genuine enjoyment of working with people Discretion and trustworthiness when handling sensitive information Bonus points for:
- Experience in a private club, hospitality, or membership-based organization
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot
