Qualified candidates will:
Be responsible for handling cash, checks and negotiable instruments and accurately balancing a cash drawer Have proven sales and service skills and be able to meet monthly sales goals Have the ability to work with diverse groups of people Have excellent attendance and dependability Have the ability to represent the credit union in a courteous and professional manner and provide exceptional member service Have strong and effective communication skills Have a strong ability to learn new things Have knowledge of credit union products, services and policies and the ability to offer or implement them into daily operations while assisting members. Display exceptional member enhancement and cross promotional skills Requirements for this position are strong sales skills, dependability, and the ability to multi-task. Qualified candidates must have full availability, Monday through Friday and some Saturdays. Advantage One is a growing progressive financial institution offering competitive pay and benefits.
