Member Services Associate (Pickleball Club)

We're looking for a reliable and personable team member to support daily operations and deliver a great experience for everyone who walks through our doors. This position plays a key role in member interactions, check-ins, and overall facility flow. If you enjoy working with people in a fast-paced, community-driven environment, this could be a great fit. Key Responsibilities Greet members and visitors in a friendly, professional manner Manage bookings, check-ins, and transactions using our system Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person Maintain a clean, organised front desk and common areas Complete routine light cleaning tasks as assigned Assist coaches and team members with day-to-day needs Qualifications Prior experience in customer-facing roles (hospitality, retail, or similar) is a plus Strong interpersonal and communication skills Comfortable using computers and basic software systems Dependable, organised, and proactive Interest in sports or Pickleball is helpful but not required
