Job Description

We're seeking a Member Services Support Staff team member to provide outstanding customer service and administrative support.
What We Offer:
Approximately 80 hours per month 6-month temporary position Flexible scheduling options Opportunity to work shorter shifts throughout the week or fewer days with longer shifts, depending on department needs Whether you're a student, retiree, someone looking for supplemental income, or simply seeking work-life balance, this position offers flexibility while making a positive impact serving our members. Schedule Approximately 80 hours per month Flexible scheduling based on availability and departmental needs Typical schedules may include shorter weekday shifts or longer shifts on fewer days We're looking for someone who: Enjoys helping people Has strong communication and customer service skills Is organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Is comfortable with basic computer applications
Responsibilities:
Process member payments and mail. Support front-counter member service. Prepare member communications and mailings. Maintain records through scanning and filing. Assist with outreach events and office support.
