At HOTWORX, we don't just "work" at a gym—we dominate the fitness space. We are looking for a Studio Sales Associate who is hungry, proactive, and ready to turn our 24/7 infrared fitness concept into a local powerhouse. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine your passion for fitness with your talent for sales and customer service, making a positive impact every day. We don't need "order takers." We need closers who understand that every lead is a life changed and a commission earned.
The Hustle:
What You'll Be Doing The Hunt:
Manage a high-volume outbound pipeline. You'll be hitting the phones and your keyboard to book 7+ free sessions daily.
The Presentation:
Lead high-energy studio tours that highlight our 3D training—explaining how heat and infrared energy provide a superior workout in a fraction of the time.
The Close:
We focus on "First Visit Conversions." You'll be responsible for identifying goals, overcoming objections, and signing up new members on the spot.

You have 1+ years of sales experience (fitness, tanning, or membership sales is a massive bonus). You thrive in a quota-driven environment and enjoy being held accountable to your numbers. You are extroverted and energetic—you can command a room and get people excited about their health. You have a "no-excuses" mentality when it comes to follow-ups and lead management. You're available to work weekends, which is when our hottest leads walk through the door.

This isn't a "sit behind the desk" job. If you're looking for a low-intensity customer service role, this isn't it. We are passionate and driven here! Responsibilities Greet potential members warmly and provide engaging product demonstrations of HOTWORX infrared workout sessions to highlight features and benefits. Actively promote memberships through persuasive upselling techniques, ensuring each customer finds the best fit for their fitness journey. Manage the membership sales process from initial inquiry to signing up new members, including handling POS transactions accurately. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, or following up with prospects to nurture leads. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and building lasting relationships with members and visitors. Assist with basic retail tasks such as cash handling, retail math calculations, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with store policies. Skills Proven experience in retail sales or membership sales environments, preferably with POS systems familiarity. Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in team settings or training new staff. Skilled in conducting product demos that effectively communicate features and advantages to prospective customers. Strong phone etiquette combined with excellent communication skills to engage customers professionally over the phone or in person. Ability to upsell products or memberships confidently while maintaining a positive customer experience. Background in grocery store or retail environments is beneficial for understanding customer needs and managing transactions efficiently.
Pay:
$14.50 - $20.00 per hour
