Full Job Description Fitness Sales Associate Mission:

To provide superior customer service, drive traffic into the location, continually increase the membership base and focus on the retention of current members.

In Studio Work Hours:

Hours vary week to week. Studio staffed hours are Monday-Thursday 11am-8pm, Friday 9am-6pm, Saturday 11am-4pm, Closed Sundays. There will often be promotional events outside the studio. Approximately 20-25 hours per week unless otherwise noted by management. Base wage starts at $12 per hour + bonuses and commission which should be substantial and are based on performance. Benefits are not available at this time.

Responsibilities:

Maintain member relationships, ensuring all members feel special and are motivated for their workouts Assist members during their visits by greeting, answering questions, and providing instruction where required Prospect and promote in order to sell new memberships Social media posting and marketing on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok Sell retail and products to members Maintain studio and equipment cleanliness

Qualifications:

Previous sales experience a plus Strong communication skills Customer service experience Proficient computer and technology abilities Coachable and dependable Goal Driven & eager to exceed sales quotas Outgoing Personality 3 References required
