This is a full-time, W2 position offering weekly pay, paid training, and opportunities for advancement within a growing organization. In this role, you will work directly with customers to educate them on Spectrum's internet, mobile, television, and connectivity solutions while assisting qualified customers through the enrollment process.
Compensation Weekly base pay:
$700 - $900 per week DOE Uncapped performance-based commissions Weekly pay Paid training Advancement opportunities based on performance Responsibilities Represent Spectrum products and services professionally in retail and community-based environments Engage with prospective customers and answer questions regarding available services Educate customers on internet, mobile, TV, and bundled service options Complete customer enrollments and service applications accurately Verify customer information and ensure all enrollment documentation is complete Maintain knowledge of current Spectrum promotions and offerings Attend team meetings, ongoing training sessions, and performance coaching Meet individual enrollment and customer service goals Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age High school diploma or equivalent preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable speaking with customers face-to-face throughout the day Reliable transportation required Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally Sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, fundraising, brand ambassador, telecommunications, or enrollment experience is a plus but not required Work Environment Based in Menomonee Falls, WI Local travel throughout the Milwaukee metro area may be required Full-time schedule averaging 40 hours per week Combination of retail, event, and customer-facing environments No overnight travel required Benefits Weekly pay W2 employment Paid training Performance-based advancement opportunities Ongoing professional development Supportive team environment Stay Connected is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
