Job Description

Position Summary We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Solutions Expert to join our team in the Member Interaction Center. This role is responsible for delivering outstanding service to our members by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services via phone and digital channels. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and respond to member inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. Assist members with account information, transactions, loan applications, and online banking support. Resolve member concerns efficiently and escalate complex issues when necessary. Maintain accurate records of member interactions using our CRM system. Promote credit union products and services that meet member needs. Meet performance metrics including call quality, response time, and member satisfaction. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous cash handling or customer service experience, preferably in a financial institution. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Basic computer proficiency:
experience with financial software is a plus. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
