We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Member Services Representative to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and support to our members, ensuring a positive experience at our gym. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently in a retail environment. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers as they enter the gym, providing a welcoming atmosphere. Handle cashier duties including cash handling, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records. Provide tours to demonstrate and educate customers about the gym and what we have to offer. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gym. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Be able to answer the phone and respond to messages in a professional manner Requirements Open availability (morning and/or evening shifts Monday-Saturday) Previous experience in customer service or gym sales is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette. Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing. Experience with paying attention to detail and high cleaning standards. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
